The deepening of the "Belt and Road" strategy has put forward new requirements for the rule of law in China, and the demand for high-quality rule of law talents has gradually become prominent. Under the background of the new era, the cultivation of high-quality postgraduate rule of law talents in local universities is facing problems such as imperfect education system and curriculum, insufficient teachers and teaching resources, and imperfect evaluation mechanism. Based on this, it is necessary to update the educational concept, strengthen the spirit of the rule of law, optimize the curriculum system, innovate teaching methods, improve the evaluation mechanism, ensure the quality of training, and improve the quality and effect of training high-quality graduate students under the rule of law.
