Current Development Status of "Data Element X" Enabling Economy

Abstract

Entering the new era, China has vigorously promoted the construction of a digital economy. The National Data Bureau jointly issued an action plan with several departments, focusing on applying "data elements x" in various fields. This article starts with the top-level design, combined with the laws and regulations involved in the project and the organizational structure of the implementation, analyzing the experience of "data element X" in the national pilot. Finally, we can summarize and expect the future through the current development environment and ecological construction. At present, the digital economy is developing rapidly, and data has become an essential strategic resource of the country. China has carried out all-round and multi-angle research and exploration on implementing "data element x" from the central to the local, theory to practice, legislation to policy, etc.
