A Review of Research on Influencing Factors of Urban Renewal Based on Bibliometrics

Urban renewal has become an important issue in many countries and regions in recent years. This paper sorts out the literature related to the influencing factors of urban renewal from 2013 to 2023 by retrieving the relevant database platform from the time distribution and the number of papers. Using CiteSpace software to generate knowledge map, this paper analyzes the research status, research hotspots and research frontiers in this field. The research found that the research hotspots at home and abroad mainly focused on five aspects: building renovation and brownfield regeneration, construction projects and infrastructure, sustainable development under the background of urban renewal, healthy aging, and cultural guided regeneration, in order to provide theoretical reference for the research and practice of urban renewal in China.
