In the low-carbon background, the synergistic development of multiple energy flows has become an important development direction for the reform of the energy system, and the blockchain technology itself has features that can greatly empower the integrated energy system. This paper firstly introduces blockchain theory, characteristics. Secondly, by analyzing the characteristics between blockchain and comprehensive energy system, the fit between the two is further analyzed, and the current status of energy blockchain technology research is sorted out and summarized. Finally, it looks forward to the development prospect of energy blockchain, and puts forward relevant suggestions on the development direction and requirements of energy blockchain technology in the future in view of the problems existing in the existing research.
