Notice of Website Migration
Dear readers, authors, and partners:
In order to provide improved services and a more stable browsing experience, this journal has been fully migrated to the new platform:
All new publications, submissions, and peer-review processes will be handled through the new platform. This website (https://wepub.org) will be retained as a historical archive until 31 December 2029, during which period all previously published articles will remain accessible and citable.
We recommend that you:
-
Visit the new platform for the latest journal content and submission information;
-
Cite articles using the new platform links or their DOI where possible;
-
Should an old link be unavailable, locate the article via its DOI or through the new platform search.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your continued support.
