The Current Situation of Dating Violence among College Students

193 college students with dating experience were surveyed with the Chinese modified version of the Contingency Strategy Scale Short (CTS2S). Statistics of the survey results revealed that the incidence of cold violence among college students is very high when they are in love, and other forms of violence also exist. There are significant differences in dating violence among college students of different genders and different times of being in a relationship. Based on the results, researchers offer some suggestions for preventing dating violence.
