Abstract

Amidst profound global changes, China's international communication faces both unique challenges and significant opportunities. To navigate this dynamic environment, it is crucial to construct a narrative framework reflecting the distinctive features of Chinese modernization, thereby challenging Western discourse dominance and fostering a favorable global public opinion. This paper examines the innovation of China’s international communication model within the AI era, addressing the complexities of narrative construction, voice projection, and image shaping. It introduces the concept of "Technological Information Exchange," advocating the strategic use of AI to enhance communication efficiency and address new challenges. Additionally, it highlights the integration of big data and cloud computing to analyze users' environmental attributes, delivering precise information services. The study also explores the evolving nature of international audiences, recommending AI to improve interactivity, immersion, and engagement. Ultimately, it underscores AI's pivotal role in crafting a narrative for Chinese modernization and enhancing China’s global image, offering theoretical and practical insights for advancing China’s international communication strategies.
