Abstract

With the deepening of digital transformation, manufacturing enterprises are facing major changes in supply chain management. This paper focuses on how to optimize supply chain management through digital means to realize the intelligence and efficiency of the supply chain. By analyzing the impact mechanism of digital transformation on supply chain information flow, logistics and response speed, it proposes strategies such as building digital infrastructure, innovating collaborative mechanisms, and strengthening risk management and cost control. This paper also emphasizes the important role of key technologies such as data analytics, cloud computing, and Internet of Things (IoT) in improving supply chain responsiveness, reducing costs, and enhancing resilience, and combines them with successful cases to provide practical guidance for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
